Rely Care Agency Ltd is a company limited by shares with no subsidiaries or parent companies and no supply chains.

Its policies in relation to slavery and human trafficking:

Slavery and human trafficking are crimes, our policy is not to commit them ourselves and to tell the Police if we think anyone else is, immediately using the 101 – or 999 if someone might be in danger.

Its due diligence processes in relation to slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains:

We ensure a slavery and human trafficking statement is published in a prominent location on the organisation's website, with a link to the anti-slavery statement on the organisation's homepage, as required by the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

The parts of its business and supply chains where there is a risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place, and the steps it has taken to assess and manage that risk:

There is no risk of slavery or human trafficking taking place in any part of our business.

Its effectiveness in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within it business and supply chains, measured against such performance indicators as it considers appropriate:

Our effectiveness is 100%, measured against the indicator that we are not convicted of the crimes.

The training about slavery and human trafficking is available to its staff:

Staff are hereby informed of the Modern Slavery Helpline on 0800 0121 700 in accordance with the training recommendations of “Transparency in Supply Chains etc. A practical guide” (Guidance issued under section 54(9) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015)
